1. Poor lubrication
 
According to statistics, about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. Lubrication has a very important impact on the service life of the bearing and friction, wear, vibration, etc. Good lubrication is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of the bearing. The factors that usually cause poor bearing lubrication include: insufficient lubricating oil (grease); impurities in the lubricating oil (grease); quality of lubricating oil (grease); failure to add lubricating oil (grease) on time; Blockage of foreign objects, etc.
 
2. Bearing wear
 
Wearing equipment is often placed in an open air environment, and the equipment will also generate dust during use. When part of the fine dust enters the high-speed rotating bearing housing, the lubricating oil or grease in the bearing housing will deteriorate, and then the bearing will wear. When the bearing continues to run under wear, the friction will inevitably increase, and the heat will also increase, which will cause the temperature of the bearing to rise.
 
3. Improper installation
 
Improper installation is one of the important reasons for bearing heating. If the bearing is installed improperly, it will cause heating or wear of the bearing during rotation. Whether the bearing is installed correctly and without error directly affects its life and the accuracy of the host. Therefore, the center line of the shaft and the bearing hole must be coincident during installation. In addition, improper installation will cause bearing vibration, increase noise, and gradually increase bearing temperature.

During the operation of the rotor, due to the corrosion of the medium or the abrasion of solid impurities, or the deformation and bending of the shaft, unbalanced centrifugal force will be generated, which will cause the bearing to heat and vibrate, and the raceway will be severely worn until damaged.
 
Six, inspection and replacement are not timely
 
If severe fatigue peeling, worn pits, cracks, or excessive noise cannot be adjusted, the bearing should be replaced in time. If the inspection and replacement are not timely, it will cause heating, abnormal noise, vibration, etc., which will affect normal production. In addition, the vibration caused by improper disassembly of the bearing and the loosening of equipment anchor bolts can also cause indentations on the bearing raceways and rolling elements, and cracks in the inner and outer races of the bearing. Therefore, it should be inspected on a regular basis.
 
7. Poor bearing quality
 
Rolling bearing parts work for a long time under high alternating contact stress in the form of point contact or line contact. The accuracy, life and reliability of the main engine are largely determined by the bearing. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the inspection during the purchase and acceptance of the bearing, and use the original bearing of the mining machinery manufacturer.
 
Eight, improper bearing selection
 
When selecting a bearing, you should pay attention to the limit speed and load capacity of the bearing. It cannot be used at excessive speed or overload. This will only shorten the service life of the bearing, and the gain will not be worth the loss.
